We may collect your personal information from our service providers. We also collect information from you when you register on our site to use the Configurator, email communications, Quote Request, Information Request, Repair Requests, Quick Ship Request, Warrant Inquiries, Order Tracking, CAD Drawing Requests, our Customer Service Live Chat or when you respond to a survey or fill out a form.

This information helps us to recommend the most suitable products based on your specific requirements and preferences.  (1) We disclose your personal information (Identifiers (cookie(s), IP address), and internet or other similar network activity (your browsing record on our website collected by the use of cookie(s) including your web browser identifier, IP address, timestamp, and your interaction with our website.)) to the recipients (our contractors that assist us in analyzing web traffic data or our advertising agency.

(2) We only allow our service providers to handle your personal information when we have confirmed that they take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. We also impose contractual obligations on service providers to ensure that they can only use your personal information to provide services necessary to receive, handle, and respond to your inquiries.
