Custom Gearing & Engineered Components

We now support custom gears and components across a wide range of sizes and applications. All primary machining, cutting, and finishing processes are performed internally to maintain accuracy, repeatability, and scheduling control.

• Spurs, Helical and Double Helical parallel shaft gearing.
• Low quantity, custom orders of 1 to 5 parts.
• Emergency turnaround times on custom gearing.
• Majority of the gearing produced is ground to AGMA 2000 class Q10 to Q12 and AGMA 2015 accuracy grade A7 to A4.
• Heat treat processes include, through hardening, carburizing, nitriding, and Induction Hardening.
• Gearing from most standard material types including, but not limited to, 4140, 4150, 4340, 8620, 4320, 18CrNiMo6-7, aluminum, bronze and plastic.
• In-House Magnetic Particle Examination with our SNT-TC-1A Level II & III personnel.
