This is the signature leadership course we have regularly offered to leaders/managers over the last 8 years at SMA. This program includes the 360 degree feedback survey, an individual coaching session, the Myers-Briggs tool, Emotional Intelligence, Strengths Based Leadership, Conversational Intelligence, Authentic Leadership and the Capstone presentations.
Sumitomo Professional Development Program (SPDP)
This course is also one we have regularly offered to individuals over the last several years. While it provides some of the same core elements of the SLDP, it is geared more toward the individual’s personal development and their effectiveness as a team member. This program includes the Myers-Briggs tool, Emotional Intelligence, and team development.
Effective Communication and Human Relations (The Dale Carnegie Course)
This course will help employees master human relations skills, develop communication habits, and strengthen relationships.
