Ian Wells Promoted to Vice President of Operations for SM-Cyclo of Canada, Ltd.

SM-Cyclo of Canada, Ltd. (SM-Cyclo) Senior Management announces the promotion of Mr. Ian Wells to Vice President of Operations. Mr. Wells’ 26 years of power transmission industry experience include more than 16 years at SM-Cyclo in key sales and management positions. He began his career at SM-Cyclo in 1990 as a Field Sales Representative and quickly advanced to Office Manager in 1993. As Operations Manager since 1995, Mr. Wells’ skills and leadership have been important to SM-Cyclo’s continued growth. 

Mr. Wells will continue with his current responsibilities and also be involved in planning and implementing plans to expand the company’s operations to meet major objectives for 2010. “We have some very exciting and difficult goals to achieve in the future,” said Mr. Don Brownrigg, CEO/President of SM-Cyclo of Canada, Ltd. “I am confident that with Ian's leadership on the operations side of our business along with the continued effort and support of all our employees, we will meet our objectives and be in a great position to move on to our next target.”
