The factory's equipment frequently faces catastrophic breakdowns and failures due to the high-temperature and high-viscosity environmental conditions created by the processes it works with. These failures could have been prevented if they had a way to detect and track them. They were looking for a solution that could alert them to any potential problems before they arose so that they could stop their equipment in time for repairs or replacement.

We suggested that they try CycloSmart, our monitoring solution that is precisely designed to address these problems. The client acquired CycloSmart equipment to carry out its own tests, and although they are expected to acquire more, the project is still in development. This project can be considered a pilot as it is still under development.
