Fine Cyclo UA-Series
Double stage high precision high torque density gearbox
Spur gear pre-stage and three or four (UA115) eccentrics providing high transmission accuracy, minimum speed ripples and minimum vibration.
The new UA series offers improved performance in torque density, positioning accuracy, and movement accuracy. Additionally, the Fine Cycle UA series has improved output bearings, and is highly efficient even at low speeds.

How often does the Fine Cyclo® require maintenance?
Customers should never open the Fine Cyclo. The reduction stages of the FA-Series reducers are lubricated for life. Additionally, their internal components are matched in such a way that makes re-assembly very difficult for untrained personnel. If desired, customers may return Fine Cyclos to Sumitomo for grease replenishment after 5 years in order to increase service life.
